I have met with Dr. Kamali and with those who know him well. I found him to be genuine, intelligent and personal. I agree that there are many challenges in the UAE. However, these challenges are similar to those we are facing around the world in the area of education. There are many initiatives being implemented in primary education to prepare Emirates for higher education as well as, prepare them for the workforce.
Billy Bee you are obviously an educator who can identify problems and challenges. You could be helping to find solutions. Help the students to become successful rather than criticizing and labeling them. Be the change that you would like to see. Communicate with Dr. Kamali about your concerns. Come up with some ideas that might bring about changes you think are important.
As for Dr. Kamali, I admire him and the work he has done and continues to do in the face of great challenge.

Paul, how can you find time to post this and not to answer the direct and simple question in the last post? You claimed you have explained why you need Sandy's real identity. What is/ was that explanation?

OK Alex. I didn't reply because the reason is obvious but as you keep persisting in asking the same question, here is the answer.
At the moment Sandy has no idea at all who I am. I will not put any information on this blog which may help him.
I will not stop until I know for certain his identity. The CV and payslip and ID information he posted could have been anything and until it can be checked can not be considered genuine. He was asked to post scans of the original documents on another secret blog and was given other instructions but he refused to comply.
Check all his comments on this blog and unless he has removed his answers you will find them. My instructions to him are still there for you to read.
The CV/payslip posted is fiction (in fact the name is that of a famous Science Fiction author!) or probably part-fiction. It was an attempt to deceive.
I want his racialist vulgar bigotry stopped and will continue until I am satisfied that it will never reappear. Some of the postings on his blogs (which he allowed to be published) are so perverted I personally don't think he is even a fit person to teach children. I can not even post examples here because they are so vulgar.
He will not reveal his true identity because he thinks I am Paul Lowe and will attack him for libel.
This is a logical assumption but is not correct.

Oliver Twist is an appropriate name for such a twisted individual.

Paul, I have read the whole blog several times, and the closest thing you give to a reason is "so that he can never libel you again". In other words, you want him to give you more ability to blackmail him so that he never mentions your name again (if it was really libel you were worried about, surely you could have taken his blog provider to court). Perhaps you'd like to ask him to lend you his child and a gun to hold at his head at the same time? Not the best way of pretending to have an innocent reason. It also shows that the whole thing is personal and the comments about racism etc are just because you think you have found a weak point to attack.
